How do you feel about the current problem with lengthy manufacturer warranties? What are you using to help put your customers mind at ease regarding they’re new investment?

I'd have to agree. Customers confuse length of warranties with how long the mattress should last and provide comfort. We all know manufacturer warranties only cover defects, not stains, ordors, comfort issues, etc. and in total that account for what? 1% or 2% of all returns?
